Terms & Conditions

Only cats that have an up to date vaccination certificate against cat-flu and feline enteritis will be accepted. The certificate must be presented at the beginning of each visit. All cats must be treated against worms and fleas with a quality spot-on or veterinary alternative prior to arrival. If a cat is found to have fleas, it will be treated with Advantage and the cost (currently £10 per cat) will be added to the final bill.

No cat that is suffering from, or is suspected of suffering from any infectious disease can be accepted. All cats will be inspected on arrival and the proprietor has the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill-health pending the advice of veterinary surgeon.

Male cats over the age of 8 months that have not been neutered will not be accepted.

Owners are responsible for any veterinary fees that are incurred should your cat fall ill or need attention. By leaving your cat with us you agree to us taking any action necessary that is the interest of your cat’s health and safety.

All fees must be paid before your cat leaves the premises.
